Ali Lohan is an American model, an aspiring singer, an actress and a reality TV star. Known more popularly as the younger sister of Lindsay Lohan, Ali began her career at age 2, modeling for the clothing store “The Children’s Place. By 3 years old, Ali was already working as a Ford model. In hopes of following her sister’s footsteps, Ali Lohan has been seen with cameo roles in several of Lindsay Lohan’s movies, including “The Parent Trap” in 1998, “Life-Size” in 2000, “Get a Clue” in 2002, “Freaky Friday” in 2003, and “Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen” in 2004.
In 2005, Ali Lohan eventually launched a career of her own when she released her first-ever single, “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree,” which was featured on the YMC Records “Totally Awesome Christmas” album. On the album, Ali Lohan shared the spotlight with artists like Hilary Duff, Jesse McCartney and Aly & AJ. She went back to supporting her big sister in mid-2005 when Ali starred as the young version of Lindsay in the music video “Confessions of a Broken Heart (Daughter to Father).”
Ali released her own album entitled “Lohan Holiday” under YMC Records in late 2006. On her album, Ali Lohan included three singles: “I Like Christmas,” “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree” and “Lohan Holiday,” which featured Lindsay Lohan.
In 2008, Ali Lohan starred in the reality TV show “Living Lohan,” which chronicles day-to-day life at the Lohan household. On the show, the camera follows Ali Lohan through the production of her second studio album at the Palms, Las Vegas. On July 2008, she released her single “All the Way Around” from the album “Interpersonal” under Maloof Music.
In late 2008, Ali Lohan had her first film credit in the movie “Mostly Ghostly: Who Let the Ghosts Out?,” which was based from the R.L. Stine horror novel of the same name. In 2009, Lohan is among the lead role choices for the remake of the 1986 John Carl Buechler classic “Troll.” She is also working on her third album.
Ali Lohan has also modeled for magazines like Rave Girl, Vogue Bambini, Supermodels and Teen Vogue. She has also appeared on over 50 commercials for clothing lines and food brands, including Little Caesars Pizza, JC Penney, American Girl, Elle and Toys R Us. In early 2009, Ali Lohan was featured on the “Extraordinary Women Exhibit” by Jonathan Ressler.
